I have great respect for the strength and power of having the courage to continue
- after a great loss like death of a parent, child, friend, pet, or spouse;
- with chronic illness whether it be physical, emotional or spiritual of yourself or a loved one
- despite seemingly untenable life circumstances like domestic violence or childhood abuse
My hope is to help you to find the inspiration you need to have the courage to continue a life of exploration, joy, and fulfillment. If this sounds idealistic to you, I challenge you to choose to believe in it. Just as we can internalize negative messages given to us by caregivers, society, loved ones, we can also internalize positive messages. Learning to find joy in each moment is one of the secrets to finding fulfillment.
